I think it would be helpful if you read the book Hindutva by Vinayak Savarkar, the founder of the RSS. You’d be surprised by how closely they’ve followed the blueprint of hate and division set out by him 100 years ago. Here’s a review of the book - https://reddit.com/r/india/comments/qsdvhb/understanding_hin...
Hindutva, as laid out by Savarkar, embraced the diversity and was against any kind of homogenisation. BJP support Hindu as a second language or link language; it does not want to replace any language. Hindu Nationalism…
I pass no comment on the site, but on assertions here about hindutva as hindu religious propaganda/nationalism. This is incorrect, hindutva does not proscribe or prescribe any religion. Veer Savarkar's pamphlet on which modern notions of hindutva are based on can be read…

…initially said about Savarkar. Your original description was that he had been a relatively benign nationalist and humanitarian until Muslim extremism caused him to snap. I then quoted his own definition of Hindutva, under which India must be both a person’s fatherland and holy land, and the passage in which he explicitly explains why Christians and Muslims are not Hindus in the relevant national sense [5].
