……出来。我用 shell script 写一些小巧简单的 web bots/crawlers 已经有好些年了。我想正是昨天 HN 上的一条评论促使我冲动下单了迈克尔·施伦克的《Webbots, Spiders, and Screen Scrapers》（nostarch.com 上的电子书目前只要实体纸质版的一半价格）。尽管我在看之前就知道它是用什么平台（PHP 配合 CURL 库），但翻开每一页我都忍不住倒吸一口凉气，这平台未免也太别扭……

I think it was a comment on HN just yesterday that prompted an impulse purchase of Michael Schrenk's Webbots, Spiders, and Screen Scrapers (ebooks at nostarch.com currently 1/2 the dead-tree version price). Even though I knew the platform going in (PHP w/ the CURL lib), at every page I can't help but gasp at what an awkward platform this…
