only read Interview with The Vampire but it's a book that left a profound impression on me. rip.
Depends on the canon. Plenty show vampires being sophisticated among themselves as well. Highly recommend reading/watching Interview With The Vampire. The recent TV show was excellent.
…certainly, not for you. Or, Jeebus, Harry-Freaking-Potter. There is a reason that an entire generation grew up reading those books. Or: "The Time Traveller's Wife", "The Poisonwood Bible", "The Road", "Interview with the Vampire", "A Room with a View", "Replay", "Of Mice and Men", "Brave New World". The list of books that are gripping from the start, should they appeal to you, can be almost endless. Basically, if you and your…

The Machinery Of Freedom by David Friedman Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice Dead Until Dark by Charlaine Harris I'm in the middle of writing a book on emulation, and I'm finding it really hard to read anything tech-wise these days. There's only so long you can…
> Anyone don't want longevity for humans? Not sure what the downvotes are about but problems of longevity is studied under vampire stories, e.g. Interview with the Vampire. They eventually get nihilistic and lost in ennui because they have lost connection with past and future generations and lost a lot, if not all, meaning in their life. There is a school of psychotherapy…
The books are a little strange. Interview with the Vampire is the most normal one. As I read through the rest of the series, it became more and more obvious that she was madly in love with her own character the vampire Lestat (Tom Cruise in the movie). Everyone…
