Napping House and Pokey Little Puppy were two of my favorites to read with my kids along with the Little Blue Truck.
我那 3 岁的女儿（在过去一个月里）每天晚上都点名要听《打瞌睡的房子》，里面各种睡得东倒西歪的生物层层叠在一起，有很多重复的句式。她总是让我故意调换形容词——比如不说“打瞌睡的小狗、打盹的小猫”，非要改成“打盹的小狗、打瞌睡的小猫”……
My 3 year old daughter asks every night (for the past month) for "The Napping House", in which we have verious sleeping creatures stacked on top, with much repetition. She ALWAYS asks me to swap the adjectives -- e.g., "snoozing dog, dozing cat" rather than "dozing dog, snoozing cat".…
