N. David Mermin's "Quantum computer science: An introduction" is also a really good text for people with a CS background. It's a dead-tree book but I think the lecture notes he used to make the book are free online.

…really helped my to implement quantum state & process tomography during my PhD btw (much more than most journal articles on the subject), thanks again for writing it. I think together with David Mermin's "Quantum Computer Science" (which is much shorter though) it's still one of the best books on the subject.
