  学 Gregg 速记可以看这个：https://www.amazon.com/GREGG-Shorthand-Manual-Simplified/dp/... 另外还有 handywrite（http://www.alysion.org/handy/handywrite.htm），它的好处在于核心内容（其实跟 gregg 差不太多）一张索引卡片就能全装下。
