……星球和人。在读《Pandora's Star》之前千万别去看《Judas Unchained》的任何简介剧透自己。同作者的还有“夜之黎明三部曲”（The Night's Dawn Trilogy）：《The Reality Dysfunction》、《The Neutronium Alchemist》和《The Naked God》。场面恢弘的太空歌剧（space opera），线索极多，世界观构建得非常棒，情境设定也绝了。这两套书都强烈推荐，绝对是逃离现实的绝佳读物。
…planets and people. Don't spoil yourself by reading any descriptions of Judas Unchained before you read Pandora's Star. Also by the same author, The Night's Dawn Trilogy: The Reality Dysfunction, The Neutronium Alchemist, and The Naked God. Fantastic big canvas space opera with lots of threads, great world-building, and amazing situations. Both sets of books are highly recommended escapes from reality.

Vastly increasing the target's density would do for that; no need to go past that into full singularity. cf "Neutronium Alchemist" in Peter F Hamilton stories. It'll never be as simple or satisfying as the old school hammer.
