在 Google 上搜 "the great automatic grammatizator pdf",排在第一条的就是个 .doc 版本,为了……
Good lord that's scary. Rapidly ushering in the future where none of our words are our own. Anyone ever read Roald Dahl's short story The Great Automatic Grammatizator ? 10/10 strongly recommend, about an engineer who develops a computer-like machine able to compose fiction. Googling "the great automatic grammatizator pdf" gives a .doc version as the top result, for…
滴答人说》("Repent, Harlequin!" said the Tick-Tock Man)。
…the same feeling. Nightfall is a decent story though. But yeah, The Last Question is in a league of its own. It's one of my favorite short stories ever along with The Library of Babel by Borges, The Great Automatic Grammatizator by Roald Dahl, and "Repent, Harlequin!" said the Tick-Tock Man by Harlan Ellison.
It's amazing to me how nobody seems to know about the short story "The great automatic grammatizator" by Ronald Dahl. Nobody got closer than him. I feel like I should be reading about it all the time and no one seems to have ever heard of it.
Reminds me a little of Roald Dahl's short story "The Great Automatic Grammatizator", which is an excellent read (not quite as dark as some of his fiction, but getting there).

http://bookophile.weebly.com/uploads/6/4/0/8/6408830/the_gre...
Reminds me of Roald Dahl's short story "The Great Automatic Grammatizator." I cannot recommend it enough. Amazing story about a future in which an engineer creates a machine that writes stories quick and cheap, thousands and thousands of them in no time at all. http://bookophile.weebly.com/uploads/6/4/0/8/6408830/the_gre...
