There is a book for this, aptly titled “You Should Quit Reddit”. It got me to quit, highly recommend it.
文章还行，观点和《You Should Quit Reddit》（挺不错的一本书）挺像的。读到大概三分之二的地方，句子变得越来越支离破碎、短促，能明显感觉出上下文开始退化/腐烂了（context rot）。
Ok article, and has similar points to “You should quit Reddit” (which was a pretty good book). About 2/3 in, the sentences got choppier and shorter, and you could tell some context rot was setting in.
