我个人觉得至少漏了一本书：保罗·瓦茨拉威克（Paul Watzlawick）的《人类沟通的语用学：互动模式、病理与悖论的研究》（Pragmatics of Human Communication: A Study of Interactional Patterns, Pathologies and Paradoxes）(1)。另一方面，也很可能这本书的两个核心观点(2)在另一本……里也有讨论。
