Skip "Clapping". It's fun but you wouldn't listen to it for anything other than intellectual interest. Other Reich though - Drumming is a wonderful midpoint between formalistic process-driven music but it still can give you goosebumps. He gets less process driven as time goes on - which I think is a good thing in many ways. For me…
In addition to Mf18M and Drumming, which have been suggested by others, I'd also add Six Marimbas/Pianos, Four Organs, and in particular Music for Mallet Instruments, Voices, and Organ, as Steve Reich pieces that I happen to enjoy more…
…quite pleasant and I can imagine listening to this for pleasure occasionally. Equate it with a piece for untuned percussion and then maybe it's not quite so unusual. The first sections of Steve Reich's Drumming are pitchless and very listenable. It's composing purely with rhythm.
Less the notes and scales themselves, and more polyrhythms and phasing. This reminded me of Steve Reich's Clapping Music, and similar phasing-heavy works (Piano Phase, Drumming, Music for Pieces of Wood, 6 Pianos/Marimbas, and Pendulum Music).
I thoroughly recommend "Drumming" by Steve Reich.
