我不知道它是否广受好评；但我强烈推荐 Rangarajan 的翻译兼重新编排版：http://www.amazon.com/Arthashastra-Penguin-classics-Kautilya...（我自己读过，觉得相当不错。）（他重新编排过，让现代读者读起来更连贯；原因之一是原书本来是要让人背下来的……
