虽然有点不走寻常路，但我认为先读惠勒的《理解变异》（Understanding Variation），接着读戴明的《新经济学》，能教会人们如何解读过去和未来，从而让探索（exploration）和利用（exploitation）都更加高效。我可不想这辈子没读过这些书就混过去——更别提去运营一家早期……
