Since the theme of procrastination and self-discipline is quite popular on HN, I would recommend OP and everyone here "Oblomov" and "Frigate Pallada" by I.A.Goncharov.
……《天然气地缘政治》（Geopolitics of Natural Gas，A. Grigas）《我们》（We，Y. Zamyatin）《图灵的秘密：他的生平、思想及图灵机哲学》（The Annotated Turing: A Guided Tour Through Alan Turing's Historic Paper，C. Petzold）《坚忍号》（Endurance，A. Lansing）《经济学：用户指南》（Economics: The User's Guide，H. Chang）《奥勃洛莫夫》（Oblomov，I. Goncharov）

Ilya Ilyich Oblomov was lying in bed one morning in his flat in Gorokhovaya Street in one of those large houses which have as many inhabitants as a country town. "Oblomov". https://www.litres.ru/book/ivan-goncharov/oblomov-oblomov-kn...…
…this novel expresses: what happens after success? Money and career cannot solve all problems; people need more to fill an entire life. As you like Russian literature, I suppose you've read Goncharov's Oblomov and Chekov's theater, especially Uncle Vania. That theme is central in one of the most famous French novel, Flaubert's Madame Bovary. The excellent Italian writer Alberto Moravia also has many novels…
