Eisenhorn by Dan Abnett. It's actually a triology (Xenos, Malleus, Hereticus). It comes in omnibus format now but will not take a long time to get through. Not a difficut or life changing read - just a good time,…
如果你想入坑，我推荐《Eisenhorn》三部曲、《The Original Blood Angels Omnibus》或者《The Emperor's Gift》。
…amount of Warhammer books, I can say there are some real SciFi gems, a lot of good filler if you like the universe, and a few really awful books. If you are looking to get started I would recommend the Eisenhorn trilogy, The Original Blood Angels Omnibus, or The Emperor's Gift. Dan Abnett, Aaron Dembski-Bowden, and Graham McNeil produce consistently enjoyable 40k books.
The Eisenhorn trilogy, and its follow-up, the Ravenor trilogy, are superb. I re-read both over the course of the pandemic and they both hold up incredibly well.
Kidnapped by Robert Louis Stevenson Glorious Exploits by Ferdia Lennon All of the CJ Box series of Joe Pickett books The Dan Abnett Eisenhorn and Ravenor Warhammer novels In case you can't tell, I mostly read for entertainment.
I recommend the Eisenhorn books if you want to get into the lore. It's a good story and covers a lot of ground without expecting a ton of prior knowledge.

The very first audiobook I looked for (Eisenhorn series by Dan Abnett, starting with Xenos) was on none of them :(
