I've looked at and read a bunch of different Prolog books. In my opinion the best one is `Programming in Prolog: Using the ISO Standard' by Clocksin & Mellish. 已经有人推荐过了，但 Clocksin 和 Mellish 写的《Programming in Prolog》确实是 SWI-Prolog 在六月份开设的 Prolog 课程的指定教材。如果这门课再开，我非常推荐去上。
People have already recommended it, but "Programming in Prolog" by Clocksin and Mellish was the text book for the Prolog course that SWI-Prolog offered back in June. I'd recommend the class if it were offered again.
