While searching for causes, did you also look at ways to strengthen/rebalance/improve your GI system? I'm not sure if this will turn out to be quackery or snake oil, but the Super Gut book by William Davis makes some believable claims as to common causes of digest issues (along with solutions).

听到这个真不错。《超级肠道》（Super Gut）那本书描述的流程分阶段进行，有点繁琐，后期的重建阶段还涉及到自己培养高浓度的菌群；所以知道有相对省事的补充剂可替代真是太棒了……
