• 道格拉斯·默里的《群体的疯狂》（The Madness of Crowds） • 安娜卡·哈里斯的《意识》（Consciousness） • 安德鲁·麦卡菲的《从少到多》（More From Less） • 《人生学校：情绪教育》（The School of Life: An Emotional Education） • 詹姆斯·阿卡斯特的《Perfect Sound Whatever》 • 马特·帕克的《 Humble Pi》 • 里奇·科恩的《纽约最后的海盗》（The Last Pirate of New York）
• The Madness of Crowds by Douglas Murray • Consciousness by Annaka Harris • More From Less by Andrew McAffee • The School of Life: An Emotional Education • Perfect Sound Whatever by James Acaster • Humble Pi by Matt Parker • The Last Pirate of New York by Rich Cohen
This is very similar to what the British comedian James Acaster does/did. He buys music off Bandcamp then puts it on his iPod. He documented it all in his second book Perfect Sound Whatever, it helped him get over a breakup and depression around 2016 if I remember right. He jokes in his book that he has an 'iPod guy' who hooks him up with the old iPods. His recommendations here: https://www.jamesacaster.com/my-music/
