Scarfolk is amazing - the design is so well done. The 'Discovering Scarfolk' book is a thing of wonder [1]. Can I also recommend the first series of 'Look Around You' [2], for more 70s British strangeness. Thanks ants. Thants. [1] http://www.amazon.co.uk/Discovering-Scarfolk-Richard-Littler...…
A reverse one: Scarfolk. See the book Discovering Scarfolk by Richard Littler [1]. "Scarfolk is a town in north-west England that did not progress beyond 1979. The entire decade of the 1970s loops ad infinitum. In Scarfolk children must not be seen OR heard,…
Skimming an Atlas Obscura article the day before yesterday and ordering the books 'Discovering Scarfolk' and 'The Scarfolk Annual' especially for the surveillance themed humor, I'm not surprised to find a post about Scarfolk on HN today ... https://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/digging-through-the-ar...…
Thanks ants. Thants. [1] http://www.amazon.co.uk/Discovering-Scarfolk-Richard-Littler...…
