……撑不起这么长的篇幅；结果我直接弃掉了本来还算不错的书（作者也挺好）。我个人觉得这是编辑/出版方的问题。（这两本书是：《The House in the Cerulean Sea》和《The Bear and the Nightingale》。）
…were insufficient to carry the length; as a result I just gave up on what were, otherwise, good stories (and good authors). Personally, I think this is an editor/publisher thing. (The books were: "The House in the Cerulean Sea" and "The Bear and the Nightingale".)
