[1] https://oxide-and-friends.transistor.fm/episodes/book-in-the... [2] https://oxide-and-friends.transistor.fm/episodes/losing-the-...
…Cantrill (of Oxide Computer) and co did a podcast a couple of months ago recommending books of a similar vein[1]. I’m not sure if it was mentioned in that episode, but they did another one on the book Losing the Signal about the ride and fall of Blackberry[2] which is worth checking out. 技术史这类内容，行业刊物、杂志和传记讲得比教科书和学术期刊好得多。以下是我的推荐：-《失去信号》（Losing the Signal，黑莓，1990年代-2013年）-《创办人手记》（Founders at Work，互联网泡沫时代）-《毁灭战士大师》（Masters of Doom，90年代 PC 游戏市场/图形学）
The history of technology is something that's better covered in trade publications, magazines and biographies, rather than textbooks and academic journals. Here's what I'd recommend: - Losing the Signal (Blackberry, 1990s-2013) - Founders at Work (dotcom era) - Masters of Doom ('90s PC video game market/graphics)
