克里斯坦森的书《创新者的窘境》非常值得一读。我不记得这算不算克里斯坦森书里的案例了（读这书已经有一阵子了），但在我看来，商业史上最愚蠢的同类昏招就是西尔斯百货砍掉了他们的邮购目录业务……
Christensen's book, The Innovator's Dilemma, is well worth reading. I don't think it's one of Christensen's examples (it's been a while since I read the book) but IMO the all-time greatest blunder of this type was Sears closing down their catalog…
