另外：伊藤润二，《Uzumaki》和《No Longer Human》 William Gibson，《The Peripheral》和《Agency》
…South's Civil War army, and the smuggling of people from slaves to immigrants. Very eye-opening, a lot of America's 'wealthy families' got their first pool of capital in this manner. Also: Junji Ito, Uzumaki and No Longer Human William Gibson, The Peripheral and Agency
Cannot see spirals without thinking about Uzumaki. And by considering all his work, saying Junji Ito is a master of horror isn't an overstatement.
> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uzumaki
Comments on HN are expected to have a bit more substance. Most people will have no idea what you’re on about. An alternative: > This reminded me of Junji Ito’s Uzumaki, a horror manga where a town is cursed by spirals. It can get gruesome. A short anime adaptation is about to come out. > https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uzumaki
