If its possible have him read this book: http://www.amazon.com/Multipliers-Best-Leaders-Everyone-Smar... It's a book on how some leaders push people at their job while other leaders simply make everyone shut down and only get about 50% productivity. He's micro-managing style…

  • 利兹·怀斯曼(Liz Wiseman)的《乘数者:最优秀的领导者如何让每个人都变得更聪明》(Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter)。

Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter by Liz Wiseman Great stories on how to amplify the teams' collective impact.

I think this is the book he's referring to: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Multipliers-Best-Leaders-Everyone-Sm...

Reads like it was majorly inspired by Liz Wiseman’s “Multipliers”. It’s a pretty tedious read (to me) but goes into a lot of detail on these leadership traits and dwells quite a bit on the “diminishing” aspects of them.
