推荐一本关于站街性工作的开山自传级著作——Iceberg Slim 的《Pimp: The Story of My Life》[0]。
I recommend the autobiographical, category defining book on street work - Pimp: The Story of My Life by Iceberg Slim. [0] It’s dystopian and might be a hard read for some of you, but it might rectify a lot of the idealistic visions of what this work looks like. It’s violence and…
3. 《Liar's Poker》，Lewis 著。 4. 《Pimp: The Story of My Life》，Iceberg Slim 著。 5. 《The Six-Month Fix: Adventures in Rescuing Failing Companies》，Sutton 著。由……
…the early and most notorious "quant" hedge funds. A cheeky nod to intellectualism. 3. Liar's Poker, Lewis Investment banking through a trader's eyes. Yes, the absurdity is only partly dramatized. 4. Pimp: The Story of My Life, Iceberg Slim No pithy blurb can summarize this; read it if you want a look into human nature. 5. The Six-Month Fix: Adventures in Rescuing Failing Companies, Sutton Written by…
I recommend you read the book "Pimp" by Iceberg Slim, about a Black America in the early/mid 20th century. Personally speaking, I found the book very 'awe-inspiring'/it made me go 'wow' a bunch, because I found the author's experience…
http://www.amazon.com/Pimp-Story-Life-Iceberg-Slim-ebook/dp/...
…destroys her health and vitality. The recent move towards Internet-enabled prostitution that empowers the working girl is very much an aberration. For an introduction to this topic, pick up Iceberg Slim's Pimp. http://www.amazon.com/Pimp-Story-Life-Iceberg-Slim-ebook/dp/...
Iceberg Slim 写的《Pimp: Story Of My Life》。
Pimp: Story Of My Life written by Iceberg Slim. Learned about it from the latest Chappelle standup special. Very dark and fascinating tale of a pimp in the 1940's. A lot of cold, calculating capitalist ideas…
