我推荐吃纯素。便宜又有效。只要你能无视里面那些粗口，《Thug Kitchen》真的是一本非常好的入门食谱。另外你得能接受在准备食材上花时间。我以前可是个无肉不欢的人，现在彻底改过来了。
I recommend going vegan. Cheap an effective. Thug Kitchen is really good starting cookbook if you can ignore the language. Also you need to be okay with spending time on food preparation. I'm a reformed meat eater.
