…Applebee's / lame tech support option. It was taught to the whole industry and now is used by everyone to a counterproductive end. I subscribe much more to the ways described by Gary Vaynerchuk in the The Thank You Economy where someone swore to his face and that person is now, years later, one of his VPs after Gary got to the bottom of the problem.
