推荐两本关于 AI 历史的书：Pamela McCorduck 的《Machines Who Think》，1979 年的原版或者 2004 年的第 2 版都行，第 2 版增加了 100 页涵盖 1979–2004 年的后记。还有 Nils Nilsson 的《The Quest for Artificial Intelligence》（2009）。两者的风格和侧重点有些不同。McCorduck 是作家（写科普和科幻），而 Nilsson 曾是 AI 研究员。但这并不是说 McCorduck 缺乏关于……的知识
Two on AI history: Pamela McCorduck's Machines Who Think, either the 1979 original edition, or the 2004 2nd ed, which adds a 100-page afterword covering 1979–2004. Nils Nilsson's The Quest for Artificial Intelligence (2009). They have somewhat different styles and focuses.
