“知识产权”（Intellectual Property）根本就不存在，大家只是喜欢把版权、商标和专利强行打包到同一个词里，尽管背后支撑它们的是截然不同且各自独立的法律体系。Lewis Hyde 的《Common As Air》是一本很好的读物，讲了立宪先贤在面对这类问题时的初衷，以及为什么我们现在的制度违背了最初的宪法授权。我个人觉得它比……更好看
