可以去看看 Jono Bacon 写的《The Art of Community》，他之前是 Ubuntu 社区的负责人。 http://www.artofcommunityonline.org
…the boards now. I'm working on building a community around a yet unreleased but announced open source project myself (http://famo.us/) and I'm in the early stages of planning everything. Check out The Art of Community by Jono Bacon, the guy who was responsible for the Ubuntu community. That book has a lot of good stuff. http://www.artofcommunityonline.org
Jono Bacon 的《The Art of Community》以及 Kraut 和 Resnik 的《Building Successful Online Communities》

或者 Jono Bacon 的《The Art of Community》也很不错。
My only suggestion right now mitght be to read my friend Karl's book. "Producing Open Source Software", which has a bunch on community. Or Jono Bacon's book "The Art of Community" is also good. One thing you may find, sadly, is that with SOO many projects out there, yours might not get a lot of fellow developers. But this sounds like a wonderful idea for a project!
You are asking the wrong question: How do they Find you?! Make your projects easy to join and contribute. And do Some marketing. Check e.g. the great book The Art of Community, cc licensed so you can check the pdf on https://www.jonobacon.com/books/artofcommunity/
- 《The Art of Community: Building the New Age of Participation》- 《基地》系列（《基地》《第二基地》《基地与帝国》《基地边缘》《基地与地球》）- 《三体》（三部曲）- 《月球城市》
In retrospective I wish I had read more this year. - The Art of Community: Building the New Age of Participation - Foundation series (Foundation, 2nd Foundation, Foundation and Empire, Foundations Edge, Foundation and Earth) - Three Body Problem (trilogy) - Artemis
