我很喜欢这本书：《Spy Handler: Memoir of a KGB Officer》https://www.amazon.com/Spy-Handler-Officer-Recruited-Hanssen...
I enjoyed this book: "Spy Handler: Memoir of a KGB Officer" https://www.amazon.com/Spy-Handler-Officer-Recruited-Hanssen... It presents the story from the other side. It follows the carrier of the person who handled two highest profile defections to the Soviet…
There is interesting book called "Spy Handler: Memoir of a KGB Officer" written by this guy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victor_Cherkashin He talks how KGB agents after the fall of the Soviet Union were in the best position to get into high power positions, plunder and…
例如，读读《Spy Handler: Memoir of a KGB Officer》，那是克格勃的一位高级反间谍主管写的（他经手了 Ames 和 Hansen）。
Books were not interesting for them because US didn't censor books. But they did other stuff. For example, read "Spy Handler: Memoir of a KGB Officer" that is written by one the senior counter-intel people from KGB (he handled Ames and Hansen). He talks about some "projects" and "operations" KGB did in this regard. Here is a few of them (some already…
如果要看来自“另一边”的故事，我推荐 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victor_Cherkashin 写的《Spy Handler: Memoir of a KGB Officer》。
…relatively high profile source, and then that source killing themselves, it doesn't seem terribly exciting. Perhaps they are not marketing the book enough. For tales from the "other" side I would recommend "Spy Handler: Memoir of a KGB Officer" by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victor_Cherkashin. That was has all kinds of interesting details of general life and spycraft from the Cold War period, all coming from the handler of both Ames and…
Victor Cherkashin 写的《Spy Handler: Memoir of a KGB officer: The True Story of the Man Who Recruited Robert Hanssen and Aldrich Ames》特别棒。
…fairly common knowledge in the intelligence communities. You can find lots of detail in declassified training manuals, but the most accessible sources will be memoirs from CIA/KGB operatives. The book Spy Handler: Memoir of a KGB officer: The True Story of the Man Who Recruited Robert Hanssen and Aldrich Ames by Victor Cherkashin is particularly good. He's quite critical of the Soviet practice of executing spies because once an American…
