The content looks quite interesting for a mathematician too—so I'm sorry that the advertising needs to be antagonising. But even Keep the Aspidistra Flying was basically mutilated by circumstance [1] and it's still a great book. 最近看的一些书：《别闹了，费曼先生！》（Surely You're Joking Mr Feynmann）很不错。冯内果的《猫的摇篮》（Cat's Cradle）也是。休·劳瑞（Hugh Laurie）的《贩枪者》（The Gun Seller）也很棒。另外我刚开始读奥威尔的《让叶子花飘扬》（Keep The Aspidistra Flying），目前看也挺好的。
Some recents: Surely You're Joking Mr Feynmann is a good read. As is Vonnegut's Cat's Cradle As is Hugh Laurie's The Gun Seller And I'm just getting into Orwell's Keep The Aspidistra Flying which is quite good too.

Was going to mention that myself. I just finished both Down and Out in Paris and London and Keep the Aspidistra Flying. Orwell's commentary on money is definitely worth checking out. A very different glimpse of capitalism than that often seen on HN.
《让叶兰飘扬》是我最喜欢的奥威尔作品，至少在小说类里是这样。我至少读过三遍。在非虚构类里，我喜欢《巴黎伦敦落魄记》和《向加泰罗尼亚致敬》，后者可能是我最爱的一本。
Keep The Aspidistra Flying is my favorite Orwell book atleast his among his fiction. I have read it atleast thrice. Among the Non Fictions I loved Down and Out in Paris and London and Homage to Catalonia which is perhaps my favorite.
